This is great location for social club meetings and small gatherings at reasonable rates.

  • Full Kitchen: stove top and oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator, countertops
  • Building capacity is approximately 99 people
  • Seating includes 36 folding chairs, 2 over-sized arm chairs, 1 couch
  • Six 6-foot folding tables
  • Two 8-foot folding tables and 1 round table
  • Television and DVD player
  • Two bathrooms
  • East and west entrances, west is handicapped accessible
  • Ample free parking
  • Lobby with bench seat, water cooler, and coat hangers
  • Bright lighting, A/C, heat

FEES

WEEKDAYS: No charge for Town of Ulster Senior Resident Groups and Organizations.

WEEKENDS: All meetings & events require fees (see below).

Private Party Rental:

$200 Security Fee

Residents:
$25 per hour, $50 minimum (2 proofs of residence required)
Non-Residents:
$75 per hour, $150 minimum

Weekends are reserved for paid rentals. Seniors that reside in the Town of Ulster have priority to the weekday schedule.
