NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Ulster Highway Department is soliciting bids for 311D L RR Caterpillar Excavator - bid number - RFB-TOUH-13-01.
Bid packages are available on the Town website - www.townofulster.org or at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office, located at 1 Town Hall Dr., Lake Katrine, NY 12449.
Bids are due before March 21st , at 11:30 A.M., at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office. All bids will be opened publicly at 11:31 AM the same day. The Town of Ulster reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Non-collusive bidding certificates are to accompany each bid.
