Public Notice Concerning the Former Miron Pre-Cast Facility on Ulster Avenue

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program Application for a site known as the former Miron Pre-Cast Facility.

The New York State Department of Envoronmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from MHMG-KM Kingston LLC for a site known as the former Miron Pre-Cast Facility, site ID #C356049.  This site is located in the Town of Ulster, within the County of Ulster, and is located at 1561 Ulster Avenue, 12550.  Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than September 22, 2012.  Information regarding the site, the application, and how to submit comments can be found at:
