NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Ulster Highway Department is soliciting bids for COLD PLANING ROAD SERVICES - bid number - RFB-TOUH-2012-02.
Bid prices will be in effect for one year with a possible one year extension.
Bid packages are available on the Town website - http://www.townofulster.org/ or at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office, located at 1 Town Hall Dr., Lake Katrine, NY 12449.
Bids are due before 11 AM on Thursday, August 2, 2012, at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office. All bids will be opened publicly at 11 AM the same day. The Town of Ulster reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Non-collusive bidding certificates are to accompany each bid.
