NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will a conduct public hearing on a proposed Burglar and Fire Alarm Law (Chapter 54) on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at the Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York. The hearing will begin at 7:15 PM. The proposed local law's purpose is to readopt the current provisions of the Town Alarm Code for the purpose of submitting to NY State for approval.
Copies of the proposed local laws are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and on the town website. All interested parties will be heard at the said public hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.
