NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on January 19, 2012 at 7:15 PM at the Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, before the Ulster Town Board on the application of Warwick Properties, Inc. for a special use permit to develop a 112-unit Senior Living Community and 52-Multi-family development (attached dwellings) on the lands of Ferraro, located on parcel lots # 48.58-7-21.10, located on 662 East Chester Street By-pass, Kingston, NY. The senior citizen housing will be situated within the R-10 District and the multi-family units within the OM Office Manufacturing Zoning District.
At this time all interested parties will be heard.
