The Town of Ulster has implemented access to Tax Bills On-Line.  Tax bills can be viewed and printed at no charge, access limited to viewing 5 bills.  If you want access to more than 5 bills contact the Town Clerk, Jason Cosenza.  Bills can also be paid on-line using ACH check payment(you supply your check account number and routing number) OR by Credit Card(MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).  PLEASE NOTE, there is a service fee involved if you choose to pay on-line.

Credit Card Service Fee: 2.8% of the payment amount($5.00minimum)

ACH Service Fees:

• $4.00 for payments up to $4,000
• $8.00 for payments between $4,000 to $8,000
• $10.00 for payments greater than $8,000

NY State mandates that the Town receive no portion of the service fee.  This fee is retained by the payment processing vendors enabling the transaction.
