Public Hearing Scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2009

The Ulster Town Board will conduct a Public Hearing concerning the adoption of a local law to modify the fee schedule of Town Code Chapter 175, Rotational Tow List Rules and Regulations.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 7:15 PM at the Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, upon the adoption of a local law to modify the fee schedule of the Town Code Chapter 175, Rotational Tow List Rules and Regulations.

Copies of the proposed local law are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and here on the Town's website.  All interested parties will be heard at the said public hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.
