A Public Scoping Session will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Ulster Town Hall. * * * * * *
The SEQRA Public Scoping Session concerns a proposed action to amend the Town Zoning Law by adding a new section, "OM-Office Manufacturing District - Comprehensive Development Plan". This new section would establish criteria and procedures for the Town Board to review and approve Comprehensive Development Plans (CDP) for certain properties within the OM District and provide a framework for their planned redevelopment over a period of years and to approve a CDP for the TechCity Site. A draft Scoping Document has been prepared on the proposed action and is available below under "Documents" and at Town Hall. All interested parties will be heard at the said Public Scoping Session, or by written statements received on or prior to the date of the meeting of the Public Scoping Session.
