TechCity officials presented plans to create a multi-use complex at the Town of Ulster site during the February 5th Town Board Meeting. The Town Board has agreed to Lead Agency Status for a Generic Environmental Impact Statement of the TechCity site to be funded by Alan Ginsberg. Federal Stimulus funds are being sought for the project. See "Documents" for additional information presented at the meeting. * * * *
