Annual Election of the Town of Ulster Fire District #5 December 9, 2008 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Ulster Fire District #5 Headquarters Fire House 830 Ulster Avenue * * * * * * * For the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2013. All voters registered with the Ulster County Board of Elections on or before November 17, 2008 shall be eligible to vote.
Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the Town of ULster Fire District #5, at the fire house at 830 Ulster Avenue, Kingston, New York no later than twenty days before the election, November 19, 2008.
