The Town of Ulster is requesting proposals for the Program Delivery and Administrative Services for the Governors Office for Small Cities funded project #1215HR80-07.

Responses to this request will be accepted until 5:00pm, November 26, 2007 at the Office of the Town Clerk, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, NY.  Please mark on the outside of the envelope, "Response to East Kingston Water Lateral Program Delivery and Administrative Services RFP".  Respondents are required to submit one original and four copies of their porposal.

 

Project #1215HR80-07 is the East Kingston Water District Lateral Assistance Project being undertaken by the Town of Ulster.  That project includes $100,000 to assist low and moderate income homeowners to connect into the East Kingston Water District Distribution System.  That water system was completed in 2006 and assisted homeowners will be able to connect to the water system starting January 2007.  The Town is seeking administrative services to prepare the Environmental Review Record and make a level of clearance finding.  The Town is also seeking Program Delivery services to review applications for grant funds and to oversee assistance provided to low and moderate income homeowners to connect to the water system.  A copy of the funded GOSC application is available for review at the Office of the Town Clerk, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York 12449, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
