September 25, 2006
Table Of Contents:
The Town of Ulster's Comprehensive Planning Committee
has mailed a survey to 1000 randomly selected
households within the Town. The Committee asks that
each person or family receiving a survey complete and
return it to the Town Clerk's office no later than
October 10.
The survey seeks community input that will help set
the direction for the Town over the next twenty to
twenty five years.  Questions on the survey deal with
such issues as: types of housing and their location
within the Town, areas for business development, types
of business and industry that are desired and
protection of natural resources.  The survey also
includes questions relating to services provided by
various Town government departments and how to provide
accommodations for these services.

For those residents that did not receive a survey in
the mail but would like to participate, surveys will
be available at the Town Clerk's office (382-2455)
from September 25 to October 6.
