Third Annual 9-11 Ceremony

The Town of Ulster will hold its' third annual 9-11 ceremony on Saturday September 11th at Rider Park. LEST WE FORGET!

All Townspeople,friends, relatives are encouraged to attend

All Ulster County Fire Departments will sound the siren between 8:45 and 9:00 at the time of the original alarm from the World Trade Center 3 years ago.

9:30-10:00 East Kingston Fire Department will dedicate their new Fire/Rescue boat "Marine-25" in Remembrance of Captain DAniel A. Van Benschoten.

10:00-10:27 Town of Ulster Officials will hold Memorial services with invocations and A dedicatory wreath 10:28:31 The wreath will be placed in the Hudson River from Marine - 25 while Glasco Marine-29 and Kingston Marine -1 form a water arch in the background.

10:32 NYS Bridge Authority is expected to dedicate the Kiosks depicting the history of the brickyards which were located on that site.
