NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 7:10 PM at the Town of Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, upon the adoption of a proposed local law establishing a new section 190-34 of Chapter 190 of the Town Code addressing pre-existing and non-conforming signs.

 

Copies of the proposed local law are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and on the Town website. All interested parties will be heard at the said Public Hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town  Board will conduct a Public Hearing on July 17, 2014 at 7:15 PM at the Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, on the application of the TMI Hospitality with the consent of S&R Company of Kingston on property located at 650-008 Frank Sottile Blvd, parcel #48.8-1-34.110 in a RC zone.  The proposal consists of construction of a 92-unit, 52 foot-high, 4-story Residence Inn by Marriott extended-stay hotel building along with associated parking, access, landscaped areas and utility infrastructure.  It consists of approximately 4.70 acres.

 

All interested parties will be heard at said Public Hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.
