7:15 - Selective logging permit for lands of Carbone and Kyriacou located on Stickles Terrace

7:25 - Selective logging permit for lands of Feller on Hoyer Road

7:35 - Adopting new section 53-2 of the Abandoned Motor Vehicles Law

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on Sept. 19, 2013 at 7:15 PM at the Ulster Town Hall, Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, before the Ulster Town Board on the application of Anthony Del Vescovo for a special permit for selective logging on a total of 153 acre area on the lands of Gallis Hill LLC, lands of Carbone Dominick and the lands of Peter Kyriacou located on parcel lots # 47.4-1-26, 47.4-1-30.12, 47.2-3-36, 47.2-3-37 and 47.2-3-44, located on Stickles Terrace, Kingston, NY in an R-60 zone. At this time all interested parties will be heard.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on Sept. 19, 2013 at 7:25 PM at the Ulster Town Hall, Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, before the Ulster Town Board on the application of Anthony Del Vescovo for a special permit for selective logging on a total of 184 acre area on the lands of Donald & Sandra Feller located on parcel lots #47.2-3-10  and 47.2-3-11, located on 36 Hoyer Rd., Hurley, NY in an R-60 zone. At this time all interested parties will be heard.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013 at 7:35 PM on a proposed local law allowing adopting a new section 2 to Chapter 53 of the Abandoned Motor Vehicles law.

Copies of the proposed local laws are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and on the town website.  All interested parties will be heard at the said public hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.
