From the NYS Thruway:
Take Exit 19 and after the toll booth bear right onto Route 28 West.
Take first exit, 209 North - Rhinecliff Bridge, onto Route 209 North.
Follow 209 North to the second exit, County Route 157 - Enterprise Drive.
At the exit bear left (Neighborhood Road North)
Turn left at the traffic light, and left again at the stop sign onto Town Hall Drive.
Town Hall will be on your left.
From Route 9W:
Exit onto Route 209 South.
Take the first exit off of 209, County Route 157-Enterprise Drive.
Bear left and then turn left onto Town Hall Drive.
Town Hall will be on your left.
Directions to the Highway Complex
584 East Chester Street ByPass
(Route 9W)
Kingston, NY
From Town Hall:
Turn right out of the Town Hall parking lot onto Town Hall Drive.
Turn right again at the stop sign onto Enterprise Drive.
Continue past Tech City, under the pedestrian bridge.
Turn left at the corner traffic light, following the signs for Route 9W and County Rt. 157.
Continue over the railroad tracks and turn right at the second light after the tracks.
Bear left following the 9W south signs.
Continue south on Route 9W past the car dealerships.
Watch for the Town of Ulster Highway Complex sign on the left.
Turn left onto Highway Drive and follow the road up the hill.
Directions to Robert Post Park

From the North or South:
Take Route 32, Flatbush Road, and turn onto Ulster Landing Road
(a left turn if coming from the north, a right turn if coming from the south)
Go a very short distance and bear right onto Park Road
Follow Park Road and bear left to enter Robert Post Park
Directions to Charlie Rider Park
Ulster Landing Road
Kingston, NY
From the North or the South:
Take Route 32, Flatbush Road, and turn onto Ulster Landing Road
(a left turn if coming from the north, a right turn if coming from the south)
Follow Ulster Landing Road
Watch for the sign on the right for the Charles Rider Park
