Jim Maloney, the Town of Ulster Assessor, was  given the additional responsibility of  Town Flood Coordinator in June 2006 when the Town once again experienced flooding that affected the Orlando Street area and parts of Sandy Road, Brabrant Road, and Parish Lane.
