Responsibilities:
The Town of Ulster Waste Water Treatment Plant currently services Ulster Sewer District and Whittier Sewer. The Waste Water Department has the responsibility of maintaining the SPDES (State Pollution Discharge Elimination System) requirements.

Plant Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm

Office Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
