Responsibilities:

The Transfer Station is a drop-off for household trash, recyclables and other items and requires a "Permit". Some items may be left at no charge, other items require a fee.  For more information see:

NEW for 2016!

The Town of Ulster Transfer Station will change to a SINGLE STREAM RECYCLE program.  You will no longer be required to separate your recyclable items.  REVIEW the Town of Ulster Single Stream Recycling Program  under "Documents" below.  There is NO CHANGE to the way household trash is handled.
