In order to conduct the business of the agenda, any discussion at the beginning of the meeting will be limited to agenda items only. Comments will be addressed to the Chairman and limited to three minutes. At the end of the meeting any non-agenda items that the audience would like to comment on will be addressed. Items for the agenda must be submitted before noon on the previous Monday.
