The Planning Board reviews site plans for building construction, additions, rehabilitations and sub-divisions to be certain that a plan complies with the Town of Ulster Site Plan Review Law and the Subdivision of Land codes. Meetings are on the 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00 in the Town Hall.
